Service Agreement

1Parties

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

• The Service Provider: TİM-TUR TURİZM İÇ-DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), located at SEHREMİNİ MAH. KIZILELMA CAD. No:2 FATİH/ İSTANBUL, 34104 TÜRKİYE, operating the website www.russiaonlinevisa.com.
• The User: Any individual or entity who accesses the website and purchases services (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

By purchasing services on this website, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement without reservation.

2Subject and Nature of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to define the mutual rights and obligations regarding the Russia electronic visa (e-visa) consultancy and processing services provided by the Company to the User.

3Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide the following services:

• Consultation: Informing the User about eligibility and application requirements.
• Verification: Reviewing the User's documents (passport, photos) to ensure they meet consular standards before submission.
• Processing: Accurately filling out the Visa Application Form on the official Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal.
• Submission & Delivery: Submitting the application and delivering the approved E-Visa to the User via email.
• Status Updates: Notifying the User of the application outcome (Approval or Rejection).

4Pricing and Payment Structure

The total fee displayed on the checkout page is a consolidation of the following costs:

1. Government Mandated Fee: The fixed consular fee paid directly to the Russian Federation's official visa system.
2. Service & Consultancy Fee: The fee charged by the Company for document verification, data entry, professional support, and system maintenance.
3. Bank & Transaction Costs: Commission fees charged by the Payment Service Provider (PSP) for processing the credit/debit card transaction.

Payment Terms: The total amount is collected in a single transaction. By completing the payment, the User agrees to this fee structure.

5Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our visa consultancy service, the following strict refund rules apply:

6User’s Obligations

The User agrees and warrants that:

• All information provided (Identity, Passport Data, Travel Dates) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• The documents submitted are authentic and free from forgery.
• They understand that the final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the Russian Federation authorities. The Company cannot guarantee visa approval.
• They will respond promptly to any requests for additional information from the Company.

7Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, technical failures of the government website, or banking system outages.
• User Error: The Company is not liable for visa rejections or travel disruptions caused by incorrect information provided by the User (e.g., typos in passport numbers, wrong dates).
• Scope: The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid by the User. The Company is solely an intermediary consultancy service.

8Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data provided by the User is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and our Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for the purpose of visa processing and is not sold to third parties.

9Intellectual Property

All content on www.russiaonlinevisa.com (including text, logos, software, and design) is the intellectual property of TİM-TUR TURİZM İÇ-DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

10Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Turkish Law. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably, the Istanbul (Central / Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
